David Sambur - a nominee of the Apollo Sponsor

Mr. Sambur is a Senior Partner at Apollo Private Equity, having joined in 2004. Prior to that time, Mr. Sambur was a member of the Investment Banking division of Salomon Smith Barney Inc. Mr. Sambur serves on the board of directors of AGS Capital LLC, Caesars Acquisition Company, Caesars Entertainment Corporation, Coinstar LLC, Diamond Resorts International Inc., Rackspace Inc., EcoATM, LLC and Redbox Automated Retail LLC. Mr. Sambur is also a member of the Mount Sinai Department of Medicine Advisory Board. Mr. Sambur graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Emory University with a BA in Economics.

Reed Rayman - a nominee of the Apollo Sponsor

Mr. Rayman is a Principal at Apollo Private Equity, having joined in 2010. Prior to that time, Mr. Rayman was a member of the Principal Strategies and the Industrials Investment Banking groups at Goldman Sachs & Co. Mr. Rayman serves on the board of directors of The ADT Corporation, Coinstar LLC, EcoATM, LLC and Redbox Automated Retail LLC. Mr. Rayman graduated cum laude from Harvard University with an AB in Economics.

Lee Solomon - a nominee of the Apollo Sponsor

Mr. Solomon is a Partner at Apollo Private Equity, having joined in 2009. Prior to that time, Mr. Solomon was the Chief Operating Officer of The Weinstein Company. Prior thereto, he served as a Principal at Grosvenor Park, which was a joint venture with Fortress Investment Group. Prior to that, he was the Executive Vice President of Business Affairs for Helkon Media. Mr. Solomon serves on the board of directors of Endemol Shine Group, Redbox Automated Retail LLC, Coinstar LLC, The ADT Corporation and Eco ATM. He received his MBA from The Stern School of Business at New York University and graduated from the University of Rochester with a BA in Economics and Political Science.

Salim Hirji - a nominee of the Apollo Sponsor

Mr. Hirji is an associate at Apollo Private Equity, having joined Apollo in 2013. Prior to that time, Mr. Hirji was a member of the Financial Institutions Investment Banking Group of Goldman, Sachs & Co. Mr. Hirji serves on the board of directors of Presidio, Inc. Mr. Hirji graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Columbia University with a BA in Economics and Political Science.

Eric Nadan - a nominee of the GSO Sponsors

Mr. Nadan is a Managing Director with GSO Capital Partners, having joined in 2012. Prior to that time, Mr. Nadan worked as a Principal at Diamond Castle Partners, and previously he was an Associate at Forstmann Little & Co., an Analyst at DLJ Investment Partners, CSFB Private Equity’s mezzanine investment fund, and an Analyst in the investment banking division at CSFB, in the Financial Sponsors Group. Mr. Nadan serves on the board of directors of Energy Alloys, Inc. and Advanced Lighting Technologies, Inc. Mr. Nadan graduated with a BS in Economics, summa cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

David Weiser - Vice President, Investment Management

Mr. Weiser has 15 years of investment and advisory experience in both private and public companies across the capital structure. David currently serves as vice president in the investment management group of FS Investments, and has presided in such role since October 2015. Prior to joining FS Investments, Mr. Weiser served as a research analyst at Towerview LLC, a long-biased public equities fund, from January 2007 to July 2015, where Mr. Weiser originated and executed investments in companies involved in mergers, restructurings and deep value situations. Prior to that role, Mr. Weiser was an associate at Golub Capital, where he executed middle market debt and equity investments. Before joining Golub Capital, Mr. Weiser was an analyst in the leveraged finance investment banking group at Lehman Brothers. Mr. Weiser earned a Bachelor of Science in economics (magna cum laude) from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

He currently serves on the board of A.T. Cross, a consumer products company, and American Southern Homes, a regional homebuilder in the Southeast United States.

Steven Richards - Chief Executive Officer

Steve Richards is the President and CEO of Mood Media. He previously served in the role of President, Mood North America and CEO of Muzak, having joined the organization in 2010. Under his leadership, Mood established its clear position as the world leader for delivering integrated in-store music, digital signage, advertising messaging and scent solutions, to 1000+ Global brands, in 470,000 client sites, reaching 150 million people daily.

Prior to his tenure at Mood, Steve was the CEO of PRC, a Top-Ten, Global Business Process Outsourcing provider, delivering award winning, outsourced Customer solutions for Fortune 500 clients. From 2005 to 2008, Mr. Richards served as President of Transworld Systems, where he led a major business expansion, delivering record revenues and earnings for the firm. Before joining Transworld Systems, Mr. Richards spent nearly four years serving as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President of Operations for RMH Teleservices, the fifth largest outsourced call center provider in North America. Mr. Richards started his career at AT&T, Inc., where he worked in operations and marketing across the organization for over 14 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Penn State and has completed executive education programs at Penn State, Duke University and the University of Virginia.
